Some Fixes and Changes

Fixes and Changes :

- There is now only ordering one cart at the same time possible

- Items can be dropped now on the deck of the Ship

- You cannot drop Items on the Ramp of the Ship now

- There is now a confirmation Question if you want to get paid, where you can see

how much you get

- The Ship will leave now when you get paid

- Sleeping Animation in the Build Version is still not working, in Dev Version it works
